Inspection & Maintenance
Maintaining the safety and longevity of your equipment
Maintaining the safety and longevity of your playground equipment is essential
Whether the equipment was installed by us or another provider. Regular inspections and maintenance programs ensure compliance with safety standards, extend the life of your wooden play equipment, and reduce the risk of accidents. Below, we explain the importance of regular inspections, the services we offer, and the benefits of adhering to safety guidelines.
Inspection and Maintenance Standards
To keep commercial park equipment safe and functioning properly, it is essential to follow the British and European Standards for playground equipment. Specifically, BS EN 1176 outlines the safety requirements for playground equipment, and BS EN 1177 provides guidelines for playground surfacing. Regular maintenance, in line with these standards, ensures the continued safety, performance, and durability of your equipment.
