Overview

Cherrydale Primary School in Barnsley wanted to enhance their outdoor playground seating by adding dedicated playground seating areas for children to enjoy quieter moments away from the lively playground atmosphere. With a vision to create versatile, calming spaces, they reached out to us to transform their playground.

Design & Features

We installed one of our best-selling Ryedale Curved Outdoor Relaxing Pods, designed for comfort and functionality. Additionally, we replaced their existing tired structure with a bespoke outdoor classroom, which Cherrydale creatively reimagined as an ‘Art Pod.’ This structure was complete with built-in storage, rustic benches for children to sit and create, and a charming rustic sign to complete the theme. Both build from the durable materials with expert craftsmanship to ensure longevity.
