Overview
Forest Holidays’ Blackwood Forest site is a premier destination that demands high-quality, nature-integrated facilities. Following our successful partnership with Forest Holidays, we were commissioned to transform a central woodland area into a multi-activity hub. Using organic robinia hardwood and structural redwood timber, we created a high-play-value environment that maintains the tranquil aesthetic of the Hampshire beech forest. The goal was to provide a challenging, high-play-value environment that maintains the tranquil aesthetic of the Hampshire beech forest, and that’s exactly what we delivered.
We understand that in high-traffic tourism settings, equipment must endure heavy use without losing its aesthetic appeal. By using Robinia timber – one of Europe’s hardest and most rot-resistant woods – we provide a “fit-and-forget” solution that withstands the elements and the rigours of holiday play. Leisure providers trust us because our designs harmonise with the natural landscape while delivering a high-performance, low-maintenance asset that enhances the guest experience year-round.
