With nearly two decades of deep, personal experience in the craft, I cherish the work we do and the constant growth of our company. The excitement of building on that foundation is immense. I enjoy spending time with my family and being in the outdoors.

As Project Manager, I link ideas to delivery, enjoying the process of uniting teams and ensuring smooth operations so everyone feels confident. Outside of work, I spend time with family, watch football, or get fresh air outdoors.

I love working for a company that’s always pushing to do better and bring something magical to life for children. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me outdoors, especially enjoying long walks in the Peak District.

I'm motivated by rewarding work that positively impacts local communities and wider society. I'm a huge fan of football and snooker, enjoying both whenever possible. I have always loved timber projects, and at Precision, creating fun, creative designs for the younger generation provides a tremendous sense of achievement.

I've been a seasoned engineer for over 30 years, enjoying the challenge of developing problem-solving solutions and improving ideas. Outside of work, I value spending time with my family socialising, exploring new places, and keeping fit.

I am an avid lover of films and video games, cooking and socialising. I am passionate about joinery and the satisfaction that comes from admiring the work produced.

I pour my heart into every task, taking immense pride in always giving my absolute best at work. When I’m not focused on projects, I cherish quality time with my family and find joy and creative escape in tending to my garden.

With three years of college training in joinery, I’ve always been passionate about creating work that reflects dedication and skill. I love bringing design ideas to life, and when I’m not at the bench, I’m usually playing or watching football or getting stuck into a video game.

With over 15 years of joinery experience, I am deeply passionate about working with wood and creating quality pieces people truly enjoy. Seeing others appreciate what I build is the most rewarding part of the job. Outside of work, I love fishing and spending time with my family.

I am deeply passionate about everything I do, especially the artistry of woodworking, which gives me the creative freedom to design and build without limits. Outside of work, I am a devoted fan of football, boxing, and cricket.
