Coates Lane Primary School had a vision to breathe new life into their performing arts curriculum. While they had an existing amphitheatre, it had become weathered and weary, no longer providing the inspiring stage the children deserved. They approached us to design a robust, year-round “theatre in the wild” that would blend seamlessly into their green space while standing up to the demands of a busy school day.
The story of Coates Lane is a story of dedication – to the craft and to the community. We believe that a construction site is a classroom in disguise.
